Jeff honed his skills through collaborations with renowned performers, including serving as the bassist for EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) award-winning Rita Moreno for over two decades. As a New York City-based studio and touring musician, Jeff has contributed to Grammy-nominated recordings by blues icons Johnny Winter and John Lee Hooker. He has also performed in pit orchestras for numerous hit Broadway productions, including Roger Miller’s “Big River” and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Starlight Express,” collaborating directly with the composers. He has regularly performed as a featured vocalist, bassist, and drummer in New York City’s premier event bands and orchestras. Proficient in the rock classics of the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, as well as jazz, blues, and “The Great American Songbook,” Jeff's vocals and his custom-built 8-string bass provide a unique entertainment experience, performed without the use of backing tracks or loops. Jeff is adept at "reading the room", seamlessly transitioning between diverse musical styles to the delight of the audience. He does not operate from a fixed set list, and readily accommodates audience requests.
